Kelvin Moore was born OTD in 1957. Moore was the A’s Opening Day first baseman in 1983 and played parts of three seasons with Oakland. He passed away in 2014.

Happy ’80s Birthday to Doug Sisk, who came out of the bullpen for nine years for the Mets, Braves, and Orioles and won a ring in 1986.
