Happy ’80s Birthday to Danny Tartabull, close personal friend of the Assistant to the Traveling Secretary.

Happy ’80s Birthday to Mark Portugal, who made his debut with the Twins in 1985 and won 18 games for the Astros in 1993. Not too bad for a guy who wasn’t drafted.

Happy ’80s Birthday to Mickey Rivers who was among the league leaders in triples, SBs and weird quotes every season.
