Roger Clemens walks out of Red Sox camp after talks for a new contract break down.
Coming off a 1986 season in which he went 24-4, the Red Sox offered Clemens $500,000 plus incentives for 1987. He and his agent were seeking a two-year deal worth $2.4 million. He eventually signs for $650,000 and wins the Cy Young for the second straight season.
